About Leadsea

Two brothers. One shared goal.

Our Story

Leadsea started from a problem we kept seeing up close.

Free Growth Plan

Dane saw this firsthand through the experience of building and operating a local cleaning business. Running a service company means juggling customers, scheduling, follow-up, jobs, employees, quality, cash flow, and growth all at once.
Dylan saw the same problem from the marketing and technology side. After working across content strategy, product storytelling, websites, SEO, demand generation, automation, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows, he saw how many small businesses were being sold disconnected marketing services instead of practical systems.
Leadsea came from combining those two perspectives: the marketing and systems side, and the real operator side. We did not want to build another agency that only talks about traffic, impressions, and campaigns.

03

Both see the same issue: local businesses need connected systems, not more disconnected tools.

Leadsea is created to bring visibility, lead generation, follow-up, and operations together.

Meet Dylan and Dane

Two different backgrounds. One shared point of view.

Leadsea is shaped by both the systems used to grow a business and the daily realities of actually running one.

Dylan Kreisman

Marketing, systems, websites, SEO, automation, and AI-enabled growth infrastructure.

Dylan brings the marketing and technology side of Leadsea. His background sits at the intersection of content strategy, website structure, SEO, demand generation, product storytelling, analytics, marketing operations, and AI-assisted workflow design.

He focuses on turning scattered growth efforts into clear systems: websites that communicate value, local SEO that improves visibility, lead capture that reduces missed opportunities, and CRM workflows that help owners understand what is happening inside the business.

"I care about building systems that make growth easier to manage, not more complicated. Local business owners should not need ten disconnected tools just to understand where their next customer is coming from."

Dane Kreisman

Local service business operator, customer experience, field operations, and real-world validation.

Dane brings the operator side of Leadsea. Through the experience of owning and running a local cleaning business, he understands the real pressure service business owners face every day: getting jobs, answering leads, serving customers, coordinating schedules, managing quality, and keeping the business moving.

His perspective keeps Leadsea grounded. Every system we build needs to work for a real owner with limited time, real customers, daily responsibilities, and a business to run. It cannot just look good in a presentation. It has to make the business easier to manage.

"The best system is the one an owner can actually use during a busy week. If it does not help capture leads, stay organized, or save time, it is not doing its job."

Our Approach

We are building the company we wish more local businesses had access to.

Leadsea is built around a simple belief: local service businesses deserve growth systems that are clear, affordable, and practical.

01

Built by people who understand the work

We combine marketing experience with real operator insight, so our recommendations are grounded in what local service businesses actually deal with day to day.

02

Practical over flashy

We care less about trendy tactics and more about what helps a business get found, capture leads, follow up faster, and stay organized.

03

Growth without breaking the bank

Many small businesses need better systems but cannot justify enterprise software, massive agency retainers, or complicated tech stacks. Leadsea is designed to be accessible, focused, and outcome-driven.

04

One connected system

Websites, local SEO, lead generation, follow-up, CRM workflows, and reporting should not feel like separate pieces. They should work together as one growth system.
